Landaburu Borda is a rural retreat located in the mountains of Navarra, known for its harmonious combination of modern architecture and natural surroundings. Under the creative direction of Jaume Ramírez and the management of Oficina 200Bis, this book is published. A volume that showcases the culinary art of Gorka Ibargoyen’s Basque recipes, with his voice and the photographs of Daniel Riera. 120 pages printed digitally with our HP Indigo on Pergraphica Natural Smooth paper from SET-PRAT and black offset endpapers from Unión Papelera. A cover lined with Cialinen gray fabric from Guarro Casas with glossy black stamping and a dust jacket printed in LED UV offset on Arena Ivory Bulk paper from Fedrigoni Paper. The entire set is bound in hardcover with sewn binding.
