Constructora d’Aro celebrates 55 years of experience in the construction sector this year, while Compacthabit marks 20 years of activity specialising in the development and management of real estate projects. Two stages that form part of the group’s history and come together in this commemorative publication, conceived to document its journey and highlight its evolution over time.
Designed by Ignasi Torras, the catalogues adopt a leporello format that allows the content to unfold continuously and offers a visual journey through the history of both brands. The sequence of panels in the fold-out creates a more open and dynamic reading experience, well suited to presenting projects, moments and milestones chronologically across more than five decades of activity.
At Agpograf Impressors, we produced the publication using LED UV offset printing. The project consists of two leporello fold-outs, printed on 200 g Arena White Smooth paper from Fedrigoni Paper. The leporellos are protected by sleeves and boxes made from 370 g Sirio Ultra Black, also from Fedrigoni. The sleeves are printed using two-colour screen printing, while the boxes feature a scratch-resistant lamination, transparent stamping and a die-cut to facilitate removal of the volume.
