Al jardí de l’Antonio

Immaculada Gibert

Immaculada Gibert is a restless and very sensitive jeweler who works with metals such as gold and silver, but also uses other materials such as bone or wood.

The jeweler designs pieces full of feeling and, curious, she wanted to find out what happened to the materials she uses in making her pieces if they were buried under a tree. In search of a space, Imma crossed paths with Antoni and his garden, and he accepted the challenge.

This self-published book is the result of burying for a time the smooth plates of different alloys under the trees that Antonio cared for in his garden in the town of Bonastre. The book also pays homage to Antonio who died before he could see the project finished.
