Ondarreta presents the new Supra Fumé collection, the result of an exceptional collaboration with Ferran Adrià and the elBullifoundation team. A special edition that captures the essence of elBulli1846‘s creative gastronomy and celebrates the dialogue between design and gastronomy. Supra Fumé was created to design the ideal chair for any gastronomic space, an object that evokes the moment when a fire goes out, leaving only the incandescence and heat of the embers.

The catalog consists of a quadriptych cover with a stitched booklet using black thread in two points on the first flap of the cover. A silver stamping decorates the 4 panels of the cover. Inside, 8 catalogs alternate with 6 diptychs of different formats. The entire set is saddle-stitched with a pointed arrowhead finish at the front and sewn with black thread in two points. Four cross-folded posters are inserted into the center of the catalog, and a final diptych is included in the back flap of the cover.

For printing, we use state-of-the-art Heidelberg Speedmaster XL LED UV technology from the Agpograf graphic workshop, in CMYK plus a silver ink. Some elements feature an acrylic varnish, while others are printed in black ink only. A wide variety of papers from manufacturers like Fedrigoni Paper or Arctic Paper are combined to achieve a set with different textures and opacities.

The combination of multiple materials and print finishes makes the catalog a unique piece and represents a printing challenge that has been successfully achieved thanks to the joint work of Nexe Impressions in project management and Agpograf Impressors in printing and binding.
