The new Pellicer collection by Etnia Barcelona pays tribute to a lineage of three generations of eyewear makers preceding the brand’s current era. Inspired by the architecture and modernist art of Barcelona, the Pellicer line combines elegant shapes and architectural lines with a palette of earthy tones and high-quality materials, evoking the historical and artisanal character of the house.

The editorial design of the catalog accompanying this collection is by Oficina 200BIS, aiming to translate the essence of Pellicer—tradition, design, and quality—into an editorial format. The edition showcases the frames, their color variations, and the visual context of the collection, presenting the pieces as the result of meticulous work consistent with the brand’s philosophy.

Production is carried out at Agpograf Impressors, combining technologies and supports to ensure an optimal result. The cover is wrapped in Geltex Gris Ardoise from Guarro Casas, and the 96 interior pages are printed on Munken Lynx (Munken Paper) from Unión Papelera. The endpapers are Arena White Smooth from Fedrigoni Paper, and the chrome, glued to the back cover, is printed on adhesive cardboard from Torras Papel. Printing combines LED UV offset for the interior and conventional offset for endpapers and chrome, with the endpapers printed in a single Pantone ink and protected with acrylic varnish. The binding is a sewn hardcover with 3 mm board, flat spine, and headbands. Printing finishes include silver stamping on the cover, back cover, and spine, a blind filigree embossing, and a blind embossing frame to house the chrome.
