The Magabook ADG Laus is the annual publication that collects the awarded projects at the ADG Laus Awards, organized by ADG‑FAD. The edition documents the selected works in graphic design, visual communication, and art direction, providing a current overview of trends in the graphic arts world. A recognition of sector excellence in which Agpograf Impressors collaborates once again with the printing of the book.
This year the publication has been designed by Sergio Lairisa and Ester Arrebola, with a proposal based on the concept “Work in Progress”, a reflection on the book as a moving object and as the result of decisions that influence the reading of the content. The editorial design transforms the publication into a piece that establishes a direct dialogue with the reader.
The catalog, bound in sewn paperback, features a cover in Magno Gloss from Sappi 200 g, printed in black and a pink Pantone, finished with a glossy anti-scratch laminate. The interior alternates semi-translucent paper IBO 60 g from Reflex and Magno Gloss 90 g, with printing offset LED UV in four-color process, and some pages in CMYK plus a Pantone. The 4 archive holes and micro-perforation on all pages allow individual sheets to be separated for consultation or filing, reinforcing the dynamic concept of the book envisioned by Lairisa and Arrebola.
