El Santuari de la Mare de Déu de Montferri

El Santuari de la Mare de Déu de Montferri: Història, arquitectura i mística is an informative book written and edited by the priest Josep Maria Jané that is not only limited to the sanctuary, but also presents in its seven chapters the region, the surroundings as well as the farmhouses, the springs, the monastery of Santes Creus or the village of Montferri.

The author also takes advantage of this book to spread the Catalan architectural heritage, with special emphasis on the life and work of Josep Maria Jujol i Gibert, the modernist architect who conceived and designed the sanctuary. Josep Maria Jané takes a closer look at the origins and inauguration of the sanctuary in 1999, while also detailing the symbolism of the built elements.

The publication has been printed using high quality LED UV printing technology for the interior, while the cover has been dry embossed with gold hot foil stamping on the hard cover with Geltex fabric, covered with a dust jacket.
