The Club Natació Catalunya is a historic sports institution in Barcelona, founded in 1931 and linked from its beginnings to the promotion of swimming and aquatic sports. Over nearly nine decades, the club has developed its activity in different locations —from Banys Orientals in Barceloneta, through Baños Populares, to the current Can Toda facilities— consolidating a trajectory marked by continuity and the commitment of its members and athletes.
On the occasion of its 90th anniversary, the club has promoted a commemorative publication that reflects this trajectory. The book reviews the main moments of its history and highlights the role of the people who have been part of it: members, staff, management teams and athletes. The volume is conceived as a collective memory that helps understand the evolution of the institution and strengthens the bond with new generations, offering an overall vision of what the club has been and represents.
From a technical perspective, the publication consists of 288 pages printed on 150 gsm semi-matte coated paper, with endpapers in 140 gsm offset. Printing has been carried out using LED UV offset technology, ensuring quality and stability in image reproduction. The book is bound in hardcover with Brillanta cloth from Van Heek Textiles, and includes a dust jacket in semi-matte coated paper with anti-scratch lamination. The cover, back cover and spine feature a black silkscreen that completes the piece.
