Rafael Arocha<\/strong> est un photographe canarien qui explore, \u00e0 travers la photographie, la capacit\u00e9 des images en tant qu’instrument \u00e9vocateur.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Boss is Here<\/strong> est le nouveau projet d’Arocha, un photolivre<\/strong> auto-\u00e9dit\u00e9 dans lequel il utilise la communication non verbale pour r\u00e9v\u00e9ler les pouvoirs qui nous conditionnent et nous contr\u00f4lent. En mots de l’auteur lui-m\u00eame :<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0… une \u00e9tude obsessionnelle de l’expression corporelle qui montre comment les relations humaines s’organisent en syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le bas\u00e9s sur la soumission et l’apparence, qui ne sont pas toujours visibles. Des structures, telles que celles du livre lui-m\u00eame, qui, depuis une certaine invisibilit\u00e9, utilisent leur pouvoir et leur contr\u00f4le pour conditionner nos mod\u00e8les de comportement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Commencant par l’auto-\u00e9dition, en passant par le travail de conception \u00e9ditoriale de Kentaro Terajima<\/strong>, suivi de la publication par Margullo Books<\/strong>, et se terminant par l’impression par Agpograf<\/strong>. Toutes ces mains en font un projet unique et \u00e9videmment rempli de singularit\u00e9s :<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Les couvertures de chaque exemplaire, imprim\u00e9es sur des panneaux Sirio Color de Fedrigoni Paper<\/strong>, sont personnalis\u00e9es \u00e0 la main par l’auteur lui-m\u00eame. Il convient \u00e9galement de noter la reliure \u00ab\u00a0japonaise\u00a0\u00bb, avec des diptyques avec le devant non coup\u00e9 et reli\u00e9s avec des vis m\u00e9talliques permettant au livre d’\u00eatre d\u00e9montable.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Et c’est une satisfaction de pouvoir accueillir un projet de ces caract\u00e9ristiques dans nos ateliers o\u00f9, finalement, la magie op\u00e8re pour le rendre r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
