The project was created with a clear educational purpose: to bring wine culture closer to a broad audience, offering tools to understand its basic concepts without requiring prior knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>The book is written by sommelier <strong>Jacqueline D\u2019Hip\u00f3lito Dartora<\/strong>, who is also the driving force behind the <strong>Vinalogos<\/strong> project, an initiative focused on the dissemination of knowledge about wine, viticulture and oenology. The author is responsible for the layout of the publication in collaboration with <strong>Bel\u00e9n Michy<\/strong>, who also designed the cover. The edition also features <strong>Gema Marcos<\/strong>, in charge of proofreading the texts. The result is a guide designed both for readers who are beginning to explore wine and for those who wish to consolidate their knowledge in a structured way.<\/p>\n<p>The volume consists of 336 pages printed on 150 g semi-matt coated paper. The cover is made with 350 g graphic cardstock with <strong>flaps<\/strong> and <strong>Otabind binding<\/strong>, a system that allows the book to open easily. Printing was carried out using <strong>conventional offset<\/strong> with <strong>acrylic varnish<\/strong>.
