The Centre Excursionista Montserrat (CEM)<\/strong> celebrates 100 years since its foundation (1922-2022). To mark the centenary, the organization aims to compile the memory of its mountain and outdoor activities in a commemorative book<\/strong>. A book that chronicles the history of the Montserrat Hiking Club, written mainly by Francesc Roma i Casanovas<\/strong>, a historian specializing in the country\u2019s hiking movement.<\/p>\n

Centre Excursionista Montserrat: 100 Years of Emotions<\/strong> tells the story of the organization, the result of its author\u2019s research. The book is complemented by a photographic collection of the most significant moments and testimonies of key experiences and events from the organization\u2019s recent era.<\/p>\n

Ignasi Torras<\/strong> is responsible for the design and editorial production of the publication, while Oficina 200BIS<\/strong> manages the project. The book’s printing combines digital offset<\/strong> technology, using our HP Indigo<\/strong>, with conventional offset<\/strong> printing. It is bound in a sewn hardcover<\/strong>, with the cover laminated with a semi-matte coated finish and anti-scuff PP<\/strong> on one side. The book consists of 280 pages, and the endpapers are made from Coral Book White paper by Torras Papel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
