The magician Merl\u00ed, frustrated by his obsolescence, seeks the help of Pierrot, a mysterious magician. Pierrot proposes embarking on a mission with a brigade of superheroes, but soon circumstances become unexpected and a dark antagonist enters the scene\u2026<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

La Brigade<\/strong>, published by \u00c9ditions La Joie de Lire<\/strong>, is the new comic format proposal from Victor Hussenot<\/strong>. 324 pages filled with illustrations that combine fine lines and digital colors with scanned textures to achieve a warm and pictorial style.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The publication of the book was postponed for a year because a printing house with the necessary means to take on the challenge could not be found; and indeed, the multiple fluorescent colors of the author’s panels present great complexity in printing. A project that can only be materialized through the technology of multicolor printing<\/strong>. This technique simulates RGB profiles<\/strong> on paper. It is printed with 7 inks<\/strong>, significantly expanding the CMYK color space and making it possible to reproduce these vivid fluorescent colors in a printed product.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This graphic project has been realized thanks to the perfect synergy between the trio of companies: Les Cam\u00e9l\u00e9ons Paris<\/strong> for photomechanics, Agpograf<\/strong> for printing and binding, and Nexe Impressions<\/strong>, responsible for technical direction.<\/p>\n
